The Ohio Afterschool Network has produced a new document called: Ohio Kids on the Move. While it is designed to offer guidelines for afterschool physical activity programs, it does have a cool Perceived Exertion Chart modeled after the OMNI Perceived Exertion Scale that is often used in physical education settings.  Just click on the graphic below to download a copy of this interesting document.  It also provides sample letters to parents that can be edited to support your PE program as it describes how physical activity is important to their child’s overall well-being and success in school.
